Young Veterinarian is Cyprus' first veterinary club for children.
Young Veterinarian
We invite boys and girls to immerse themselves in the role of a veterinarian: conducting examinations, giving “vaccinations,” distinguishing between different types of animals, and learning about the necessary conditions for keeping pets.
Groups: 6–8 years old, 9–12 years old
Children work in groups of 8-10 under the guidance of leaders—teachers and practicing veterinarians.
Our goal
Develop an interest in veterinary medicine and the basics of animal care. In class, children learn about animal anatomy, behavior, and basic care principles.
Equipment
Real equipment, anatomical models, and instruments will create a unique atmosphere of practice, allowing children to feel like real veterinarians.
Schedule
Classes are held once a week on Saturdays for 60 minutes.
Course duration: 9 academic months.
A unique opportunity and an important part of our course:
students will have the opportunity to visit veterinary clinics, zoos, and grooming salons, where they will be able to see the practical work of professionals in this field.
